Job Description

ACT (Advanced Call Center Technologies of Jamaica) located in Montego Bay currently seeks to fill the following position:

Customer Service/Sales Agents

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues; Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance.
Maintains confidentiality; keeps emotions under control.
Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds quickly and effectively to customer questions.
Multitasks well while speaking with the customer.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality;
Meets productivity and sales standards; completes work in timely manner; works quickly.
Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments;

Job Requirements
Education: 3 CXC’s including English Language/ Call Center Experience/ Customer Service Certificate
From Heart Trust NTA
Must be able to present a police record or receipt that police record is in process to the interview
Clear and concise verbal communication skill
Ability to build rapport over the telephone
Data entry and basic computer skills
Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check and drug screen
