Bachelor's degree preferred five(5) years experience in collections supervisory or management.
Knowledge of high volume collections procedures and practices.
Provide professional Support that strengthens and assist collection Agents. Support may include but not limited to training, coaching, documenting.

Key responsibilities:
Effectively assess the needs and monitor the work in each Business Unit to identify where support is needed.
Ability to Train, Coach and Motivate.
Create and maintain proper documentation to carry out support responsibilities which may include training content, policies and procedures, etc.
Identify and implement process improvements- KPI’s, procedures in order to improve Collection efficiency and manage risks.
Train debt collection agents on controlling collection calls better & follow a successful debt collection process.
Empower debt collectors with best practice debt collection techniques.
Increase your agent’s debt collection rate.
Excellent communication and people skills, as well as organizational skills.
