KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager (SPS), the successful candidate will be required to:
• Solicit and procure listings for third party sales and leases of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
• Access Sagicor Property Services’ Office Listings with a view to selling and leasing properties.
• Market the real estate business aggressively to ensure growth and expansion of market share.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Licensed by the Real Estate Board (mandatory)
• Exposure to formal training in Marketing is desirable
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Have access to a reliable motor vehicle
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCE:
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
• Working knowledge of computer applications software, including word processing and spreadsheet packages
• Good organizing and time management skills
