Description: Core Functions of the Position

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for PanCaribbeanBank.
• Work closely with commercial Banking teams (Head Office and Branches) to identify and capitalize on profitable opportunities.
• Liaise with advertising agency to develop and/or refresh advertising campaigns across all media.
• Manage marketing expenditure and track return on investments
• Work closely with Sponsorship and Events to identify key opportunities and develop appropriate collateral material.
• Work closely with Public Relations to maintain and improve brand awareness and corporate reputation.
• Conduct regular reviews and analyses of business lines


What Are We Looking For?
• Knowledge of financial instruments and regulatory environment
• Experience in advertising campaign development and management
• Knowledge of market research tools and applications
• Ability to create and deliver quality presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills, with customer focus and team orientation
• Ability to think strategically
• Proficiency with computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, database management, communication and graphic tools


Prerequisites

At a minimum, the preferred candidate must have:-
• Minimum of First degree in marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in brand management
• Track record of successfully executing marketing strategies
• Prior experience in the financial services industry would be a distinct advantage
• Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver’s license
