Description: KEY DUTIES & STANDARDS

- Identify prospects for new and existing members, and sell products and services that will meet their needs.
- Track potential member and revenue losses and notify Branch Management accordingly.
- Prepare documents for new accounts, make account changes and follow through on all account queries and requests for members.
- Promote the use of other service channels, including internet banking and ATMs, and invite/ encourage members to utilize these channels to support their requests.
- Monitor members waiting in line and/or on the telephone to ensure that wait times do not exceed target.
- Investigate account and transaction issues and provide updates on progress and details of solutions to members.
- Direct all monetary instruments to Members Service Officers, and ensure that transactions are posted to the correct account.
