Main Duties:
• Responsible for maximizing company visibility from social programmes, exhibitions, sponsorships and company education programmes.
• Develop and execute Public Relations programmes to achieve company objectives; define goals, analyze opportunities, plan and administer programmes
• Manage company image by developing and maintaining good working relations with the media and corporate network
• Responsible for the design and coordination of media and communications training programmes for Companies Executives
• Manage all media matters including press releases, interview and outside broadcasts
Required Skills & Qualifications
• First Degree in Media, Public Relations, Marketing or Business
• 5 years Public Relations/Media Relations experience
• Strategic vision and good understanding of strategic communication strategies
• Formal and on the job training in Public Relations
• Experience with negotiating and executing commercial and community based sponsorship properties
• Experience with designing and implementing corporate and community based social programmes
• Experience with matrix management in a complex multi-cultural environment
• Very strong communications skills supported by excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to motivate and lead
